Dear Jim,

Thank you for being there at a time of need. I had to get some transportation pronto and some "friends" were setting me up with a local bottom feeder.

Between us, we put them out of the way with a one/two punch.

1. You delivered a special order vehicle the next day.
2. I reminded them that you had refunded an overcharge when you found it months later.

No more flak over the 50+ mile drive to get my vehicle ordered and accepted by phone, and that's good business.
